The new Admin Console became the only Admin Console available for those MSP, LastPass Business Max, and LastPass Business accounts that have user roles defined in the old Admin Console, and have no users enabled in the 'Grant limited access to Admin Console' policy. For these companies, the old Admin Console cannot be reached anymore.
